Laser Sight:

“Emerging Technology is a neat outfit from Arkansas, who makes this itty-bitty laser sight. The smallest one made. they claim. It sure looks small to me. The last one I used was just about large enough to cut James Bond in two …

The rear mounting ring has calibration knobs which can be adjusted so that the two beams can be made to coincide; then you will hit what the red beam lands on.

Cool. As always, the job of mounting a sight or a scope on an automatic has not gotten easier. The slide‘s action still presents a challenge, as you have to mount around its movement. lm still not convinced that the extra bulk is worth it. The big drawback with laser sights is the beam. With enough dust or smoke, the beam can be traced back to the shooter. And, with a bit more smoke, the beam won’t get very far.”
