Tactical Baton:

“I have taken to carrying a little tactical baton in a small belt sheath. These gadgets come in several sizes and can pop open with a slight flick of the wrist. They lock, as if by magic, in to a solid tube, and take quite a rap on one end to close.

I have three batons (one extended) made by Armament Systems & Procedures (ASP), a couple do saps, one a very odd shot-filled glove, and two side-bar police nightsticks a la the Tanfa fighting stick To keep sharp, I train on this rinse-cycle spinning cage. I practice high, low and mid-torso strikes on a moving object, with different hand weapons. This way. I don’t hit too hard as some of these blows can be lethal.”
